Slow Life/Slow Living is a lifestyle emphasizing slower approaches to aspects of everyday life. 

슬로우 라이프는 일상 생활의 모든 영역에 있어서 좀 더 느리게 살아보는 방법을 제안하는 라이프스타일입니다. 

The concept of 'slow' lifestyles started with the slow food movement, which emphasizes more 'traditional' food production processes as a reaction to fast food emerged in Italy during the 1980s and 1990s. 

슬로우라이프 스타일은 원래 슬로우 푸드 운동에서 시작되었습니다.

슬로우 푸드 운동은 1980년대에서 1990년대 사이 이탈리아에서 나타나기 시작한 패스트푸드에 대한 운동으로

보다 전통적인 음식 조제 과정에 중점을 둔 운동입니다. 

Slow food and slow living are frequently, but not always, proposed as solutions to what the green movement describes as problems in materialistic and industrial lifestyles.

슬로우 라이프는 종종 녹색운동이 물질적이거나 산업적 라이프스타일에서 발생하는 문제들에 대한 해법으로 제시되었지만

항상 그런 것은 아닙니다. 

People every day are constantly living at a fast pace which is making them feel like their lives are chaotic – but with slow living they end up taking a step back and start enjoying life being conscious of sensory profusion. 

Slow living also incorporates slow food, slow money, and slow cities. The term slow is a movement or action at a relaxed or leisurely pace.

사람들은 매일 끊임 없이 빠른 속도로 생활하면서 자신의 삶이 혼란스럽다고 느끼지만

슬로우 라이프를 사는 사람들은 한 발 뒤로 물러나고

감각적인 풍요로움을 의식한 삶을 즐기기 시작합니다.

슬로우 라이프에는 느린 음식, 느린 소비, 느린 도시를 포괄합니다. 

슬로우라는 용어는 느긋한 또는 여유로운 속도로 움직이거나 행동하는 것을 의미합니다. 

 

This approach to life lived slowly does not refuse the usage of things such as mobile phones, Internet, and access to goods and services.
